The Magic Ride Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to bringing immersive ride experiences to children in hospitals — giving kids something magical to look forward to during one of the most difficult times of their lives.
Through cinematic 8K stereoscopic films and real-time interactive VR experiences, patients and their families can journey together using VR headsets and immersive dome projection systems.
To meet the demanding rendering needs of high-resolution stereoscopic content, the foundation leverages CenterGrid cloud-based GPU workstations — enabling a small creative team to produce studio-quality immersive experiences without the overhead of a traditional render farm.
